I haven't got a Tesco shopping account, so can't put anything to the test. I don't think reinstalling will solve the problem but it can always be tried. Try a new Profile first. No need to remove the old one, just create an additional one for experimental purposes. It can always be deleted again if it doesn't help (be careful not to remove the one in current everyday use). If that doesn't help, it is likely to be an incompatibility issue and perhaps not much can be done ..apart from informing Tesco. |
