Thanks again for your post but i don't think its the shockplayer. My children can play the games fine the problem is that the pictures don't come up on the screen when selecting the games before playing them. None of the pictures come up on any of the bbc websites, weather, home page etc. The video and the games play fine. Please help.

, I am using firefox and believe it may be something to do with Javascript, do you have any info on this?

I have just checked and the homepage for bbc appears fine on internet explorer.
