I don't think you need to worry, but it's not what you'd expect from a major bank's site. Are there any images on the page as mart suggested? If so, you could try blocking the image(s) with Adblock Plus if you've got it. Also, have you tried double clicking on the padlock icon to see what it says? You can view the site's security certificate too.
