The only thing I can suggest is that you contact BT. If you can, open the browser as far as possible, go to "My Account" and click on "Go To Help Pages". There you can do a search to see if you can find out anything about your problem, there's a search box with a drop-down menu which includes the BT Yahoo! Browser. If that doesn't help, there's a link to "Contact Us" on the left hand side of the page. Madeline.
