I've been with ntl/virgin for the past 7 years or so and have never had a problem
i'm on 4Mb broadband at the moment and very rarely it drops below 3.5
after ringing virgin today I've decided to stay with them and get the B/B, tv and phone package.
it works out about the same price as the sky package so i think i'll stay with virgin for the time being.
i don't trust SKY,
and better the devil that you know.but thanks for the info.

the ghosts in the castle are probably affecting your connection.
