Just an update on the above matter,...........at long last a statement from Virgin which reads "On contacting their Helpdesk, I was informed that there is a known issue with their network that is currently affecting some users - they are unable confirm when it will be rectified." (this is quoted from a post made by someone else on a different forum) So, the problem is at the Virgin end, and we can only await rectification, or switch ISP. |
