Hi, I'm looking for help to overcome this warning light which is preventing me printing, even in plain black. My unit is a Brother DCP-340CW. I've seen this issue build into a full stop issue, that is the light appeared occasionally before advising to change the 'empty' majenta cartridge, which is not empty. I put new or alternative cartridges and even swapped other colour cartridges without clearing the fault light. (but it will not reset irrespective of all my efforts.
Does anybody know how to reset this indicator error please.
