Toshiba Satellite Pro P100-465 Notebook ( headphone o/p)

Using the headphone skt with phones is fine, but if try to feed it into an aux i/p on a Sanyo stereo amp A10, it buzzes, and hums. Using the headphone o/p from my Ipod works fine thro the amp. I know the headphone o/p from my ipod is 32ohms,is this an impedance problem?. Any help would be appreciated.
