Asus P5N-E SLI + 8800GT + Thermaltake Tsunami

Hi All.
I'm a pretty much a complete newbie having got my first rig just 4 months ago.
It is as follows: P5N-E SLI, Q6600, nVidia 8600GT, 4GB ram, 500GB HDD, 650 watt PSU, Thermaltake Tsunami case.
Perhaps a bit ambitiously I am dual booting Vista 64x and Ubuntu 7.10 64x.
Everything is going well and I have received some great help from forums (especially with Ubuntu)
All in all I'm loving it and feeling more confident each day. I've had no problems with either OS and I feel Vista receives a lot of negative comment without much justification. Ubuntu is just superb.
However, I was given Crysis and Bioshock for Christmas and I don't think my 8600GT is capable of doing them justice.
Consequently I was thinking about upgrading to a 8800GT so I have a few queries:
Is this a worthwhile upgrade?
Is this card compatible with my motherboard and other components?
Will it fit into the Tsunami case?
Is it simple to put in etc?

I know that's a lot of questions but can anyone advise me?

Thanks and seasons greetings, john
