Hi denis , i would try a reinstall of the NET Framework 2.0.

First of all download Microsoft's windows installer clean up utility from.. here and save it to a folder on your pc. Once you've done that , close all open windows , navigate to the folder where you saved the file and run the file to install the program . Next , on your desktop , click on start > all programs > click on the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility. A list of installed programs will appear. If NET Framework 2.0. is listed , left click on it's entry and click on the "remove" button. Now check in add/remove to see if the entries gone.
