First of all, a little more information please?
1. Right-click My Computer > Properties > Hardware Tab > Device Manager, expand the Disk Drives and post the wording back here. Do the same for the optical drives, listed as DVD/CD Drives.
2. Right-click My Computer > Manage > Disk Management and write down the Disk Numbers, Disk Names and Drive Letters. Post the details here.
3. Do you know how PC World fitted the third HDD, have you looked inside the box?
