Hi, First time here so hope someone can help.Having problems loading windows just after switching on as I get a load error. Have got black screen with the following text

Boot from CD (this is normal)

Load error!

this then repeats one more time and ends with

Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter

I am able to access BIOS and no further
Cannot enter recovery system so decided to clean reinstal using recovery discs, reinstalled but on boot up again i get same msg.
pc running widows media centre with 1GB of memory connected to D-Link router. If anyone can help I would be grateful
