Help please When i try to download from a disc or otherwise i get this message
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode,orif the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.
Contact your support personnel for assistance
I have tried Start,Run,MSIEXEC/UNREGISTER to no avail. Thx in advance
