It seems everybodies baffled by it
And there are several "solutions", all by Registry editing 
(not going there)MS should have spotted this in Testing . Not released it as a full scale Beta
Somebody keep an eye out for a patch or Upgrade with this issue acknowledged and rectified (perhaps via Windows Update)?
Have a feeling it'll be August before anything is done about it
