IDX extensions have traditionally been associated with indeces, i.e. a way of sequencing a database (file) in a number of different ways.
Mutltiple indeces suggest that it is part of a largish application package processing a largish database.
Although I don't recognise the filename perhaps you could examine all files with the same (or very similar) name/date and put 2 and 2 together.
Don't delete them until you know what they are.
