It sounds as if Real Player isn't finding the file correctly even though it says 'Playing'. I've got a 1mb BB connection and it displays 'contacting' for a second or two then it takes another 3 or 4 seconds to load before playing. Can you just load up Real Player and use the File, New option to paste the url in and see if it will play that way. You could also try the same thing with Windows Media Player to see if it will play through that.
