Run it. Double-click on Computer in the left-hand pane and click on Summary. In the right-hand pane look for the Display information.

If you right-click on an empty area of your desktop and:
Click on Properties and select the Settings Tab,
Click on the Advanced button and select the Adaptor Tab,
Click on the Properties button and select the Drivers Tab,
this will also tell you the Driver version you have installed.
