ooooo, someone at Wanadoo is listening

, at last. Just got the this email, within 24hrs like they said

It doesn't say whats wrong, who's responsible nor any hint as to when it will be fixed

Wanadoo could have just posted on their web page something like ' there is an FTP an problem please be v. patient etc etc'. Oh, AND told their staff on the help lines whats up. Is this service the price we pay for dealing with a large company ? Are smaller ones any better ?
