There are known issues with trying to use USB ADSL Modems with Vista because:
a) Many of the supplied ISP CDs don't run in Vista.
b) There may not be Vista-compatible drivers for the Modem.
The suggestion is to replace the USB Modem with a combined "Router & ADSL Modem".
