AOL can be a problem for a lot of people. I have to admit its software is very temperamental. I have been with AOL, Freeserve, IC24, Tesco, BT and im back with AOL again. I have to admit i would not go on AOL if i wanted DIalUP simple because it isn't reliable. However for Broadband they are spot on. Unlimited Bandwidth, and since the new Server upgrade they have its very fast as well. I remember a while back AOL used to say yes 1MB Broadband when it actually was no where near that. But the new servers are very good. On the software side of them if you dont know how to work the software inside out then you can come un stuck. But i have mastered their software and it gives me no trouble what so ever. I get great download speeds as they provide me with thats suppose to be a 2MB connection but i achieve greater speeds than that.

They also offer good services and features, the only thing that does let them down is TECH SUPPORT if you can call it that.
