HEEEEEEEEELLpppp, please, ive been so loyal to AOL that i cant see past it, ive heard a lot of bad things about all the things that are instaled onto the computer causing connection problems, they seem to be getting more and more often now, when i look at the task manager, there are around 7 aol items there, why do they need host managers and service host managers etc? i do have a BT broadband modem but i am needing that extra boot towards actually ordering it, ive been with AOL for about 4 years now and was hoping for broadband from them but im on the outside looking in now, can someone open the door please...........cinz
