In a way, you are lucky that they warned you that they would 'manage' your service, talktalk just go ahead and throttle, last year from 4 pm to 12 pm, now 24/7. I have taken it up with trading standards on the basis of unfair contracts. Will keep forum updated but roll on 29th March when I will move to another ISP who won't throttle, charge 50p a minute for you to tell them that their connection is faulty, etc. |
