That's how you connect to Wanadoo, as to why she doesn't always get a connection, baffles me as does the connection closing after an hour.
Two ways to solve this, either via a router (cost) so that she's always online, or, put the wanadoo connection into the startup folder, so that the computer connects at boot up.
