I have Tiscali at the moment and I am a heavy downloader. They have emailed me once to warn me about my usage during peak hours (Mon-Fri 6 to 11pm and Week end from 12 to 4pm). I really was not aware of this when I signe dup with them and now I have been issued with a final warning and if i do not comply they will mamange my speed during peak hours. This really sucks!!!. So i want to know if any of you can recommend an ISP where no fair usage policy is applied. Looking for 2mb up and a reasonable price
