willow internet cancellation problem

i am trying to cancel my isp (willow internet). i am not tied by a contract period but i can't get of them to cancel. i have tried the numbers advertised (no answer, just answerphone) and tried writing.
How can you cancel this isp? they are jokers with no means on contact.
