I have recently had a system restore and doubled my memory and upgraded to windows XP. I've had a Norton anti-virus and a better firewall added. After re-installing aol 9 (broadband) it has since taken to disconnecting after 3-10 mins online. If I disconnect the modem and plug it back in, it normally comes back up but disconnects again after 3-10. The connection doesn't seem loose but it wasn't the original disk that was used to re-install, as I couldn't find it, it was one the systems guy had. Any ideas?
