Check your HOSTS file.
Make sure that your blog's IP address isn't being blocked. If it is it will be listed with an IP of 127.0.0.1
If it's not listed then add it. i.e. sedgefield.blogdrive.com 216.117.199.234
That is if the blog your referring to is the one in your signature.
I've just noticed you mention the failed site. Add that to your HOSTS file. www.neilturner.me.uk 70.84.250.212
