Thanks for the replies, I tried everything and even un-installed the software and the 3G card several times. Eventually I called T-Mobile. I would like to say that their customer service is excellent, they talked me through a few things and then decided that the 3G card was goosed, they sent me a next day replacement ![]() The new card works and so it must of been a faulty card, I can't blame the Nephew as I can't see that he could of damaged the card as they seem pretty tough! T-Mobile also refunded one months charges as I have not been able to get online. I have to say that I am really impressed with them, I have dealt with some awful companies in the last few months, such as expedia,Bupa and Viking airways and it sure as hell is good when you finally deal with a firm that looks after the customer ![]() Hats off to T-Mobile
