This is my first post so please be gentle with me.
All limited users on my computer are unable to access the internet. When doing so an error message appears and immediately the internet access shuts down. This started to occur shortly after purchasing and downloading norton360.
Try running through this first.... here. . Have to say I'm not confident it will help as a quick google suggests many others have had the same problem.It seems to be a known problem , with users having to change registry entries , renaming DLL'S etc etc. NOT something a user should have to do , or in fact even consider doing. Of course as a Symantec customer you are entitled to support so the best bet may be to contact them. Symantec support.
