windows update error

Please Help. I keep getting error 0x80242006 when updating windows. Turning of firewall does not solve the problem

Is it security update KB913446 you're having problems installing ?

If so , manually install it from.... here

Thanks for your advice, it turned out to be a conflict between the wrong version of Internet Explorer and Windows Update
