Hi All, I don’t know what I’ve done but I couldn’t get my printer to work after moving my computer to a different room. So I decided to uninstall it and then reinstall it, however I appear to be stuck halfway!! I can’t print as I’ve uninstalled it and can install it again is there must still be some remains of it there.
Initially I think I tried to delete from the add/delete programmes menu, but now won’t even uninstall from the HP menu!
Any ideas on how to resole this problem.

When you search add/remove, does it show?
Also search for all files related to HP and delete them. Then try to reinstall the software.

Hi, thanks, yes it does show it in both my 'all programmes' menu and a in the 'add/delete programmes wind, but when I do try and uninstall it states that the uninst.isu file is missing, cannot delete.
If I go into my programme file and try to delete it, after a few confirmations it comes back with the message can not delete hpomfc05.dll access denied! I am the administrator, this is my home PC!!

Ok you need to reinstall the software for it to find the uninst.isu file and then perform a full uninstall.

Hi,
Sorry, that is the catch..... It won't allow me to reinstall it, because it is already there! hence the problem, but I can't delete it or remove it..... If I went in on safe mode... would that make a difference?

You can try safe mode, however try add remove pro and if that fails then download and install reg supreme pro from my sig and I will guide you from that program to remove it.
