accounts screen

hi all
when i turn on my computer the old blue accounts screen has gone and has been replaced with what looks like an older type its a small box of which i have to input my account name and then fill out a password box
how do i get rid of this and go back to my origional full screen blue one with all of the computers 5 account's displayed
any help would be great

3) Double-click on User Accounts
4) Click on "Change the way users log on or off"
5) Check "Use the Welcome Screen"
6) Click on Apply Options
7) Close the User Accounts window and the Control Panel
8) The next time you reboot your computer, the Welcome login prompt will be used

thanks for advice but a warning shows up saying a programme has changed the way users log on programme .the following file name has done this Rtlgina2.dll any ideas what this is i think it could be som,e thing to do with a driver for netgear usb adapter
