uninstalling nero
      #368234 - Sat Oct 13 2007 10:10 AM

I think Nero is trying to take over my system. Lots of things have been happening which all point to Nero ,but i cannot uninstall it. I get right to the end of the installation then the pop op comes up shellmanager database are corrupt or missing What does this mean? It then tells me there has been a critical error and cannot install. I had a blue screen this morning { not the first time} I have submitted the arror numbers to Microsoft but nothing ever happens I do not know why i bother. Also on start up the wizard tells me it was unable to install my new printer ,but the printer has been installed for weeks and working fine. I have been into the device manager and all my stuff is working fine Any ideas ?

Nero has left my computer Thankyou Fife Flyer easy when you know how ! One more thing you might be able to help me with ,a little matter of a blue screen.! The error codes they give you are all goblicock to me,and probably to most other people. My questions to you are , Do you know what the long string of numbers mean or do you know where i can find out what they mean. F8X000000,8E0XC0000005.0XF746A903,0XBA65F7F8 0X00000000. address sys F746A903 base at F7465000,datestamp 41107 cdeThe message almost says it is a device driver causing the problem but the device manager says everything is working fine I have submitted these numbers to Microsoft but as usual you never hear back from themMaybe someone smaller than Microsoft can help with my problem. Cheers
