Running older games on vista

Does anybody have any tips on how to get my copy of Worms World party to run on vista? I have tried all the compatability preferences available and none of them work. Please help

sometimes, we find that when we update our o/s we have games that will no longer work....this looks like one of those times.

I'll give you an example UFO:Enemy Unknown worked in dos and win95 but not win98 and yet the same game worked with winME and WinXP but not vista

I know it is very frustrating especially when all my mates said it would run and it even has a "Vista Compatible" sticker on the case.

i don't know the game but have you tried DOSBox0.72?
if you download this file and have never tried it before
i would strongly advise to read the readme file.

That was worth a try but, alas, it didn't work. I got the response "This program will not run in dos" I did however work for some of my older '95 games! Nice! I am still waiting for "Sold Out's"(Team17) tech guys to reply to my help query. If I get one that works I will post it here. Or if anyone else can beat them to it! The race is on!
