Samsung studio does not have Vista it supports it, I'm not quite sure what you are asking because you cannot buy Samsung Studio Suite with Vista installed you must first have Vista OS first and then Install Samsung.

So a bit more information will help us to help you.

What is your OS do you have?

What Is your girlfriends SE Phone?

Samsung PC Studio is available for Windows Vista, the one you have on the cd is probably for XP only.

You can get the vista version at

http://uk.samsungmobile.com/supports/softwaremanuals/pcStudio31.do

then just slection the Free Download Vista Version

Ronjon I have re read his posting and from what I can gather he as Samsung PC Studio and has bought a new PC that has Vista installed, when he tries to install Samsung PC Studio windows vista says that it is unable to install this software as it is not compatible, I have a new samsung mobile and had the same problem.

The problem is solved by going to samsung site and downloading the special "Vista" version of the software.

Obviously the samsung software would not be compatible with a sony ericson phone and as far as downgrading from vista to xp I offer no comment on this.

Apologies if I have misunderstood somewhere along the line so feel free to pint out to me where I have gone in to a blonde moment :-) (no offense to blondes meant)

Regards
Brian
