please help me , i,m using nero 6 but everytime i try to burn a disc it fails ,
nero will transcode the film but when it comes to burning it i get the message please insert an empty disc even though the discs are empty ,i thought it could be nero so i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but i,m still getting the same problem .the burner will burn cdrs though .

Hello andy
Don't know if this will help but does your rom drive accept both DVD+R/RW and DVD-R/RW. Mine only accepts +R so that might be a possible reason why nero's asking you to insert disc.
