Animated Video background.

Hi I was wondering if anybody knows how to put a animated background into a video recorded on a camcorder.

The background file is a WMV file and the video has been recorded in a AVI format.

So I want to background to be animated behind me talking in the AVI file.

I have posted a link below to show what It would like.

PS: Preferably the programmes to use would be free programmes.

You might want to read up on 'green screen' or 'chroma key' to see what's involved.
