Linking to YouTube is a matter of copying & pasting the video URL (available at the end of every clip).
Only certain forums have the facility to 'embed' a YouTube clip (by inserting the URL between tags).
For forums that don't have this tag you would just make a link in the usual way.
Facebook provide a field to enter the YouTube URL for posting on SuperWall, Fun Wall, etc.
