Hi,
Can anyone recommend a programme to enable me to burn wmv files to dvd.

If you have an Xbox360, put the .wmv file on a flash drive, plug it into the Xbox and watch it from there.

The OP never mentioned a 360!

and if the OP had, the easiest way to watch a .wmv file on the 360 would be to stream it from the PC to the console.

you can get nero HERE and i think its worth paying the postage for, well thats all you have to pay anyway......
