I have tried the VLC media player but its not user frendly at all. The fast forward speed is just 8x and much more that probably wudnt fascinate a user...are there any more players to play a .ISO video file ? cheers all

Extract the DVD files from the ISO using Isobuster and then use MPlayer to play the DVD files. Both are freeware and very simple to use.

sorry i wasnt clear..i have already extracted the dvd files from and created an .ISO file...do shud i de-extract (maybe not the rite word) then ?

Why did you want to compile the DVD files into an ISO? It's much easier to find players that will play a folder with the DVD files inside of it than a single ISO file.
