adding zoom to windvd creator

Hi:

I use windvd creator to make slideshows of photos, which I then turn into a DVD . I'd like to be able to add a zoom or pan effect on each picture in the slideshow (is that the Ken Burns effect?).

Is there a way to add this video effect to windvd creator 2 when I create the slideshow or dvd?
