Hi can someone please help me, my son has downloaded a program file from popcorn.net, apparantly it was only a 3 day trialas of a video player. now everytime i log on to the internetit has a pop up which tell me i have to pay to keep receiving the system, and unless i do the pop up, and the annnoying musice will appear on my pc. i have tried removing the file using the remove program files, but i cannot delete the licence file. it looks like it is shareware. this is causin problems, can anyone suggest a program or way to remove this wothout reformatting my hard drive I use Aol as my ISP, and it has a pop up blocker on it, but this program bypasses this -HELP!!!

Looks like something has been installed along with this download. If you go to the.... hijackthis .....forum and read Andrew's post ( second from the top ) you will get instructions on how to post a log. The experts there will analyse your log and give you the help you need. Good luck.
