DVD playing software

Hi.......

Sorry if this is a real idiot question. I'm new to this.

Simply - can anyone please recommend software (preferably free!!)
which will allow me to play commercial DVDs on my PC?

I already have RealPlayer and Windows Media Player but neither seems
to allow playing of DVDs.

Using Win2K by the way.

WMP should have no issues playing DVD's, it will more than likely be a CODEC issue.

Download and install K-Lite Codec pack
