This one may have been done to death already, but thought I'd post it anyway.
Most of us have more than one email account. Whenever I have an important file that I want to make sure is saved securely online, I simply send it from one account to the other (eg from my Google email account to my Hotmail one). When it arrives, I save it into a 'Key Documents' folder and relax in the knowledge that unless 2 of the web behemoths disappear, my file will be safely stored on their server for eternity.
I know there are free online storage services available, but where it's just the odd file now and again it seems much easier to use systems that I already use anyway, rather than registering for an online service, some of which require software to be downloaded to my PC.

another great thing to do is put all your photo's on face-book or any other networking site like this, you can set the privacy setting so no one can see them if you wish and you can put up as many as you want. also i store photo's om my mp3 player there is nothing worse than losing those irreplaceable photos!!!!!!
