this has asked for permission to access the internet is it good or bad? and if its bad what do i do about it

Don't allow access and follow the instructions contained in this post, then post your log back to the HijackThis forum (not the Security help forum which is where you are now) along with a brief description of your problem. Please be patient, lots of logs, too few helpers.
