Hi forestfuzzy,

In terms of controlling how your page looks I'd reccomend looking into the use of Tables, Cells & Nested tables, etc.

Using tables allows you to place blocks and/or coulumns of text, like they do in newspapers and magazines. The addition of relevant images will enhance the content.

Agree with the above, but also: Get rid of that annoying flashing 'email me' button.
You could also make the text easier to read without the red background. Yes, they may be your colours, but there are other ways to show them.
Good luck, Whiz...

That looks loads better.

One thing though. Make your site logo/banner a normal .gif and not an animated one. Have you checked the size of the file? It's huge and will take a while to download on a dial-up connection. You don't need that effect as it doesn't stand out much anyway.

Not looked too deep into the site, but from what I've seen it looks much better.

Setting aside my natural prejudices as a Man.U supporter, I think it's a very good site with obvious appeal to Forest supporters and genuine football lovers everywhere.

Yep, lookin' good.

With regard to the banner/logo; if you reduce the image to 600x75 and optimise it you should be able to reduce the .GIF size to 285Kb (about 40% smaller). Although this is still a bit heavy for dial-up it would be a tad better than it is at the moment.
