A Folder has appeared in "My Documents" unable to Delete as the system does not recognise. Have tried various download programmes without success. Can anyone help. Len.
Before you delete it, have you tried right clicking on it and then on "Properties" to see if you can find out what it relates to? If it's obvious that you don't need it, then try deleting it in Safe Mode as suggested by FifeFlyer. If that still doesn't work, you could try doing a System Restore back to a point before the folder appeared.
