I'm trying to figure out how to retrieve files saved in a temp folder. It's an email attachement that was opened, edited, saved when prompted to do so before closing. Now if I open the attachement, it gives me the unedited version, so I'm trying to figure out how to get to the temp folder where it was saved. When I open an attachement, and try to save, this is the path I get: C/documents & settings/username/local settings/temporary internet files/OLKA4. The problem is that i can't find this folder (although I have folder options set to show hidden files). The path I do find is c/documents & settings/username/local settings, and then instead of temporary internet files there's a folder called temp, which contains a bunch of irrelevant files, certainly no OLKA4 folder. Any idea how I can solve this?

What type of document was the attachment - Word, Excel etc.?

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Problem solved. In excel, I clicked file, open, and on the left hand side, I chose 'my recent documents' (or 'history' for older versions of excel), and I found the OLK folder along with a bunch of other stuff I couldn't find through explorer or searches. The file was there, and it opened with the additional edits that were made. Hope this helps some other users too.
