I frequently receive the title message, especially on music download pages and some others like Hotmail where something is blocking my either using a piece of navigation or a download.
What am I supposed to do?

I received the same problem on both IE6 and IE7.

Check your settings in Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab, Check that both Disable Script Debugging boxes are ticked and that the one below - Display a notification about every script error - is UNTICKED. If they are ok then try turning off any pop-up blockers.
