WINZIP
      #88766 - Wed Jul 14 2004 06:15 PM

Hello

I have just been trying to download IE Spyad. It came in the Winzip format.

Now, in the past whenever I have had to unzip something using Winzip, I just kept clicking on Next button until the file I wanted appeared on my desktop for me to click on, and away we were, Happy Days.

Now somebody in the last year or two has decided to update Winzip, when there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with the old version. It means now that people such as myself who cannot get to grips with the new Winzip are losing out. I have had this problem now for about a year, but I couldn't be bothered doing anything about it until now.

So I was wondering if somebody could post a step by step guide to downloading the Spyad program from this new Winzip. It's so ridiculous, it's started asking me for a password to access the files I have downloaded. It clearly said I unzipped 13 files.

So where are they? What was the point of changing something that wasn't broken in the first place?

WORKS LIKE A CHARM, ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS, THIS IS WHAT I WANTED.

Thank you very much for your excellent suggestion, I will tell everyone I know to use this and not Winzip. In fact, I am un-installing Winzip from my PC for good.
